From our family griddle to your event
Tacos Ya Merito started with one griddle, a recipe box passed down through three generations, and a simple idea: real Mexican street food, made the way our abuela made it — fresh masa, slow-cooked meats, and salsas built from scratch every single morning.
Today we roll through Salt Lake City serving that same food from our truck window, whether we're parked at a Tuesday lunch rush or set up for three hundred guests at a wedding reception. Same recipes, same care, every time.
